106 6

There are two really fascinating flavor combinations going on inside this PAMA Paradise cocktail.

The first is a tropical mix of pineapple, pomegranate, and vanilla. The second are the fresh berries marinaded in sweetened Grand Marnier. When the two elements come together, it is a drink that paradise in a glass.

You will need to plan ahead for this recipe, though only a few hours. Choose whichever berries are in season, mixing blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and anything else you find in the proportions you like. If you have a party that afternoon or evening, make up the berry marinade in the morning and allow the fruit to soak up the sweetness of the orange liqueur.

Once your marinade is complete and it is time to serve the drink, the recipe is very easy to follow. You will shake the remaining ingredients as normal and strain that over the berry marinade in the serving glass. The result is a fresh, tropical cocktail that is low-proof and a true delight for summer entertaining.
