This is a very simple recipe for beets, made with a can of sliced beets, a little marmalade, and vinegar. The beets are cooked in the sweet-sour sauce until glazed and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (about 16 ounces) sliced beets
  • 1/4 cup marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • Prep Time: 0 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • Total Time: 10 minutes


Preparation

Heat beats with their liquid in a saucepan; drain. Add marmalade and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until glazed with the sauce. Makes enough to serve 4.
